Centralized Onshore, Low-Cost Recruiting & Service Delivery
In a distributed delivery model, a staffing supplier needs to always staff to the level of peak demand at any time in every market. Still, delivery can be inconsistent by market, client, and program requirements.
In our centralized onshore delivery model, we can staff up to 70% of peak demand due to ebbs and flows and align delivery with the actual volume and types of requirements in every program at any time. This lowers costs and increases productivity.
