Our Story

Founded in 2011 by Sean and Maria Lindsey, PGS Worldwide has become a leading staffing agency and subcontractor to the aerospace and defense industries. We developed a proprietary recruiting process that has helped us successfully recruit talent in all verticals of the aerospace and defense industry including engineering, management, administration and light industrial. We have placed over a 1,000 talented team members with three of the largest and most innovative aerospace and defense companies working on cutting-edge projects for NASA and the Department of Defense. We are proud supporters of our military and veteran communities and have helped countless veterans transition from active duty to civilian careers.
