Jose Devine had a long career in operations. He saw what other staffing agencies were doing and he wasn't impressed. Too often, agencies put the burden on his team to manage their employees.
That's when he thought, "We could do it better." So, Jose and his father, Rodney opened Perfecto Staffing in 2018.
To us, no one is "just a temp." We love to celebrate when our employees roll over to full time careers with awesome companies.
We’re not new to this – we know that working with temporary employees has bumps along the way. We think we’ve found the secret, though, and it’s not complicated at all. We treat our employees like humans. Our on-site managers and check in with our employees daily so that they feel supported, encouraged, and prepared to do their best work.
