Every business. Every career. Every life has a story. ARK is no different and it is a story worth sharing. ARK Solutions was launched in 2003 with the expressed goal of getting people their jobs with satisfaction, and for client and us it was about better experience while saving cost.  

We left working in the large-scale consulting space to provide a more personalized service. We wanted to know the people we worked with; both the client and candidate as well as with our co-workers. We want to unify a team to deliver great experiences and even better solutions. We wanted to create a firm that learned about the families of the people we work with. We wanted a firm that gave back to the community. We wanted to build a successful “Happy” company. Well, we like to say that we have achieved it, but we also have to keep it.
